Maura Condrick

Maura Condrick is a story artist, illustrator, educator, and cartoonist. She draws storyboards and character designs for animation, and her artwork has appeared in magazines, newspapers, and on buses. She has storyboarded hundreds of tv commercials and a couple of live-action tv series.

Maura is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and Design and teaches illustration at Otis College of Art and Design. Maura grew up near Cape Cod in Massachusetts and has lived in Boston, NYC, and Los Angeles. She is currently working on a salty comic about sea monsters and cuttlefish.

Periwinkle and the Lost Treasure tells the story of a human child who survives a shipwreck and is magically transformed into a singular sea creature by a gentle cuttlefish.
