We wanted to make sure all of you educators out there know about this opportunity! It’s a good one.
The Educators Scholarship at MFA Visual Narrative will award up to 3 educators 10%-50% of tuition for the duration of study. The first round deadline has come and gone BUT the next deadline is March 1.
Don’t miss this opportunity to give the artist and author in you a voice in this intensive program filled with incredible storytellers.

Educator’s Scholarship
All candidates are encouraged to submit applications by February 1st to be considered for first-round reviews and merit-based scholarships, as well as the Educator’s Scholarship. The second round review deadline is March 1. Remaining admissions and awards will continue on a rolling-deadline basis as space allows.
Candidates must currently teach K-12 with two years of experience OR teach two or more classes (online acceptable) in an accredited college or university with at least two years teaching experience (including outside the U.S.). Candidates are encouraged to submit applications by February 1st to be considered for first round scholarships. The second round review deadline is early March. Remaining admissions and awards continue on a rolling basis as space allows.
MFAVN will award up to three Educator’s Scholarships annually, each covering 10-50% of tuition for the duration of study. Be sure to use the Educator’s Scholarship version of the Application Guide available for download here. All applicants who do not receive the Educator’s Scholarship remain eligible for all merit-based scholarship awards.
