Sabii Borno

Sabii Borno is an Illustrator, comic artist, and printmaker from Queens, NY who enjoys creating work about things familiar and unfamiliar to her. In her work you will find bright colors, cool shapes, gravity defying hair, and stories ranging from personal to fictional. She is a printmaker at heart mainly utilizing the Risograph Machine and the silkscreening process to create her artwork.

Sabii received her BFA in Illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has been involved in small publishing for nearly a decade, printing her own personal self published comics, art books, and zines. She truly enjoys the act of making books from conception to printing to selling the finished product and interacting with the audience.
