Fran Krause was born in Upstate New York. He is an animator, teacher, and creator of the “Deep Dark Fears” series of comics. He lives in Los Angeles and teaches animation at the California Institute of the Arts.

He is mentoring Roda Al-Thani (Class of 2018)
