Aubrey Nolan

Aubrey Nolan is a cartoonist and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York. She is currently writing and drawing her first full-length graphic novel, forthcoming from Rocky Pond / Penguin Teen. Her debut picture book project, BEE AND THE VISITORS, is also forthcoming from Holiday House Books.

Her comics and illustrations have been featured in The New Yorker, The New York Times, The New York Review of Books, Medium, The Nib, HuffPost, The Stranger, and more. She was a contributor to Votes for Women, a comics anthology about the fight for women’s suffrage, and the comics anthology, Send Help!, and has led comics workshops and talks at several universities, as well as Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Homework Helpers program.
