Zoya To ’27
Zoya is a multidisciplinary creative who exists at an intersection of identities. A Chinese-American, designer-illustrator, New York-Jerseyan, she seeks to create work that blurs boundaries between creative mediums and cultural history. She graduated from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration in Visual Art and Anthropology, completing a colloquium on the Anthropology of Color. Curiosity and whimsy play a big role in Zoya’s work, as well as her passion for history, stories, and vibrant color palettes. Her creative philosophy can best be described as empathy with a side of playfulness :^) She’s worn many hats as a “jack of all visual trades,” and creates work as an art director, brand designer, illustrator, photographer, and animator. On her down time, she can be found stressing over houseplants or eating her weight in hot pot.
Nikariy Dominguez ’26
Nikari Dominguez it’s a Dominican American filmmaker and Creative Producer based in the Dominican Republic and New York.
Graduated in Cinematography and Audiovisuals, major in Cinema from the Universidad Autónoma of Santo Domingo (UASD), She has worked in commercials, music videos and films in the production area. Passionate about books, cinema, music, photography, anime and paintings, without limiting herself, she wants to tell stories with different media.
Alex M. Lee ’25
Alex M. Lee crafts narrative games and illustrations for sad romantics with a penchant for whimsy. Through a queer East Asian lens, she explores themes of girlhood, grief, positive nihilism, and inter-dimensional romance. Her recent visual novel work challenges existing preconceptions within nerd subcultures as well as the dating simulator canon, pushing the definitions of attraction and desirability in both. Whether they are a centuries-old skeleton lord in the case of BARD HARDER! or genderqueer aliens in need of therapy in the case of Kiss/OFF, she thrives when creating unconventional characters that players will still want to kiss – painted in a vibrant, stylish anime-influenced look. Her favorite emotion is halfway between anger and awe.
