Applications for Summer ’24 are now open!
We’re excited about the upcoming fall and winter season. If you’re interested in finding out more information about the program, applying, or meeting students and alumni to hear about their experiences, we encourage you to attend one or more of the following events.
We’ll be hosting two main events that are designed to answer your questions about the program:
Info Session November 9, 8-9:30PM ET Come join Nathan Fox, Chair of MFA Visual Narrative for this informal, informative, and interactive online presentation, along with alums, students and faculty. Potential students will learn about the MFAVN curriculum and our philosophy and approach to visual storytelling, meet faculty members and hear from current students and alumni, and discover all that the evolutionary low-residency program has to offer. Attendees will receive an $80 application fee waiver if they apply for Summer 2024 admission. Registration is required.
Alumni Panel Dec 7, 8-9:30PM ET Hear directly from students and alumni about the only MFA program that puts the art and language of storytelling first. At MFAVN, each student’s unique approach to story is cultivated to sharpen their story-development skills, elevating their creative process and advancing their professional practice. Students and alumni will speak about our impact on their storycraft and the discovery and development of their personal voice. Attendees will receive an $80 application fee waiver if they apply for Summer 2024 admission. Registration is required.
