Persephone, a middle aged woman returns to her mother’s empty old house after her mother’s funeral. Persephone, alone in this house, must now pack it up, but the significance of this space, and the memories inside it, keep her from taking any action to do so. She does not feel ready to say goodbye to her mother, but naturally she must.

As she moves throughout this house, Persephone will be confronted with waves of depression, anger, joy, and the inevitable task of having to accept this part of growing up.
